Three Different Ways to Join the PSTCA

Associate Membership

Associate membership is available to anyone supporting the office of real estate tax collector.

Business Sponsor

Business members are provided online access to our listing of tax collectors and contact information.

Regular membership is open to all elected and appointed Pennsylvania Tax Collectors

To join the PSTCA , please download and complete the appropriate form and send with a check to:
PSTCA, c/o Michael Radakovich, PSTCA Treasurer, P.O. Box 485, Manor PA 15665


Dues for regular membership are based on the Tax Collector’s total compensation.

$0 to $4,999: $40.00
$5,000 to $9,999: $60.00
$10,000 and above : $80.00
